Deposit Payment After selecting the property you want to buy, the final price is determined and the payment plan is clearly established. A deposit must be paid to commit to your property purchase and to reserve the property.
4.Signing the Sales Contract
We make sure that every detail is reviewed and mutually agreed upon before the contract is signed.
5. Legal Procedures
All official procedures necessary for the conclusion of the purchase are carried out by us.
6. Signing the Deed and Moving/Renting
Getting to this stage means that all final payments are completed and all taxes are paid. Congratulations! Now you own a property in Montenegro.
