The first step would be to prepare a wish list. In order for us to serve you better, you need to answer questions such as for what purpose you will buy the house, which region you will prefer, what are the main features of the property. At this point, it is our job to direct you to the right regions and properties.
2. Projects Tour
Now it's time to plan your TRNC trip to see what it feels like to live here. All you have to do is contact us, plan your travel date with us and buy your flight ticket. We will be pleased to welcome you in TRNC. We will pre-determine the projects you would like to visit and purchase and reserve your place. You will not pay any fees for your accommodation. We will host you in the projects made by the same contractor companies for you to experience and where the session started. Thus, you will both see the construction quality closely and experience what it is like to live at home in Cyprus, not in a hotel.
3.Deposit Payment
After choosing the property you want to buy, the final price is determined and the payment schedule is clearly established. A deposit must be paid to commit to your property purchase and to reserve the property.
4. Signing the Sales Contract
We make sure that every detail is reviewed and mutually agreed upon before the contract is signed.
5. Legal Procedures
All official procedures necessary to finalize the purchase are carried out by us.
6. Signing the Deed and Moving/Lease out
Reaching this stage means all final payments have been made and all taxes paid. Congratulations! You now have a property in the TRNC.
